“Artigiani senza Frontiere” Training Programme Concludes with Diploma Ceremony
The Artigiani senza Frontiere training programme officially came to an end on 10 December 2025 with the formal awarding of diplomas to the ten craftspeople from the Vicenza area who took part in the initiative. The programme was launched in January 2024 and represented an intensive and highly qualified learning journey spanning multiple years.
Over the course of the programme, participants completed more than 150 hours of training covering a wide range of topics, as well as ten international missions. Upon successful completion, all participants were awarded the title of “Artigiani senza Frontiere”.
The participants in this edition of the programme were: Lorella and Walter Bertoldo (Wood and Furniture), Paolo Scandola and Paola Broch (Dental Technology), Zeudi Crivellaro and Cristiana Righetto (Bakery and Pastry), Matteo Castagna (Photography), Claudio Manozzo Corà (Construction), Silvano Burato (Electrotechnics), and Alessandro Valle (Electrical Systems).
As part of the final assessment, all participants completed a written exam covering the key subjects of the training programme, followed by an oral interview with a panel made up of representatives from Confartigianato and Cesar. During the interview, participants presented and discussed their international mission experiences, providing a detailed analysis of the work carried out.
Confartigianato and Cesar, which contributed significantly to the organisation and delivery of the programme, expressed great satisfaction with the results achieved. All participants successfully passed both assessments, achieving solid overall scores.
The programme aims to strengthen the role of Italian craftsmanship at an international level. The skills and experience gained during the course are expected to support the development of new projects and future missions worldwide, with local craftspeople ready to continue sharing their expertise beyond national borders.
